Salvia rosmarinus

Used to enhance meat, soup, breads and more with an extra burst of flavour, rosemary is an excellent herb to have on hand within your garden.

Allium schoenoprasum 

Producing beautiful and nectar-rich blooms, Allium schoenoprasum (better known as chives) are glorious garden herbs. Easy to grow within any garden, chives have a wonderfully distinctive taste and can be used to enhance soups, to garnish salads and more!

Thymus vulgaris

Most commonly known as thyme, Thymus vulgaris is a fantastic herb that can be used to enhance a wide variety of culinary dishes. A charming evergreen shrub, thyme is fantastic for attracting bees and other valuable pollinators into the garden. A tasty garden herb, thyme can be used to enhance the flavour of meat, to season stews and to produce scrumptious homemade sauces.

Petroselinum crispum

Parsley is a glorious plant that can be easily grown within your garden. A popular culinary herb, parsley produces an abundance of glorious green leaves which can be used to garnish salads, make pesto, to add flavour to sauces and more.

Mentha

Boasting a number of different varieties, mint is a useful and handy herb to have growing within your garden. Nectar-rich, mint is also a herb which is known to be fantastic for supporting pollinators. Ocimium basilicum 

Ocimium basilicum, better known as ‘basil’ is scrumptious herb that is incredibly popular within many different cuisines. A less hardy herb, basil is best grown in particularly sheltered and warm conditions, such as in the greenhouse or within a container that is positioned in an area that recieves generous amounts of sunlight.

Foeniculum vulgare

Last but not least we have fennel. A tall and aromatic herb, fennel can be used to enhance a variety of culinary dishes. Producing glorious clusters of bright yellow blooms throughout the summer, fennel is fabulous for adding both a burst of colour to your garden and flavour to your kitchen.
